Chef Mason has extensive catering experience ranging from his time with the Ritz-Carlton, Head Banquet Chef at the Atlantis Resort and Casino, executive chef of a high end boutique cruise ship in the Mediterranean and seven featured events at the Charleston Wine+Food Festival that featured New Southern cuisine with local Lowcountry ingredients. Chef Mason’s classical French training, international chef experience and extensive southern cuisine experience can make your catered event a remembered occasion. Whether you are seeking a formal or casual ambiance, a traditional or modern menu, we can custom tailor everything specially for you.
We are a scratch kitchen meaning every item is crafted by us and Chef Mason is at every event to ensure your party receives the attention it deserves. Dietary concerns are always accommodated so every guest can enjoy your event.

If you are planning a more casual event and do not need servers, our drop-off catering is the perfect solution. We will deliver and set up the food for your event then leave the party to you.
